What comes to us
When you visit, our website host may receive your IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, the time of the request, and technical security events. If you email us, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address and message. The current charity homepage has no on-page submission form. The giving preview does not accept payments or request card or bank details.
How we use and share it
We use technical records to deliver and protect the site and use correspondence to answer you and manage the inquiry. Our web hosting and email providers process information to provide those services. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to address abuse or security issues. We do not sell visitor information or use it for targeted advertising. Links to other websites take you to independently operated services with their own notices.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without emailing us. Please do not email financial account details or sensitive information. To ask what correspondence we hold, request a correction, or ask for deletion, email hello@wyattspectrum.org. We may need to verify your request and keep records required for security or legal reasons. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and our activities; we will respond to requests under applicable law.
Storage, tracking and children
Correspondence and hosting logs are retained only as needed to handle inquiries, site security and applicable recordkeeping, subject to the services’ configured retention schedules. The pages included in this release do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. A browser Do Not Track signal does not change basic server logging. If a child has sent personal information by email, a parent or guardian may contact us to request its removal.
Changes
We will post an updated notice here with a new effective date if our practices change. Before any payment service opens, we will update the giving notice for its actual data collection and service providers. Questions and requests: hello@wyattspectrum.org.

Spectrum information and uses
Information provided to Spectrum is used to respond to Spectrum inquiries, administer its programs and, when giving opens, process and document its donations. Browsing does not create a commercial account or authorize unrelated marketing. Any disclosure requires an identified purpose and applicable notice.
Spectrum independently administers its charitable mission, programs and giving. Any future donation provider will be identified before collection opens. Donating will not enroll you in an external commercial service or authorize unrelated marketing.
