Draft for private review · September 30, 2026. Current preview notices and proposed participation policies. Final launch terms and verified contacts are not yet published.
Service terms · preview status
This is a private design preview for WYATT Spectrum Initiative. It does not accept payments, create accounts, or enroll visitors in any commercial service. Animated artwork is presentation only.
Final participation terms, provider information, and verified contact details must be completed before launch. External services have their own terms.
Spectrum information and uses
Information provided to Spectrum is used to respond to Spectrum inquiries, administer its programs and, when giving opens, process and document its donations. Browsing does not create a commercial account or authorize unrelated marketing. Any disclosure requires an identified purpose and applicable notice.
For current site and inquiry practices, see the Spectrum privacy notice. The separate free-card preview explains its temporary browser storage in giving privacy.
Privacy notice
Bullying and misuse of personal information are prohibited
WYATT Spectrum prohibits bullying, cyberbullying, targeted harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, and retaliation for making a good-faith safety report. This includes using our services or information obtained through them to expose, intimidate, humiliate, or endanger another person, or coordinating others to do so.
Do not publish or share another person’s private contact details, location, account information, private messages, or sensitive health or disability information to target them. This prohibition includes abuse directed at autism, neurodivergence, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Necessary, lawful disclosures for good-faith safety reporting or legal obligations are not prohibited by this rule.
Reports and any resulting action are subject to the evidence, context, fair-review, and lawful-expression safeguards in Section 5. Good-faith criticism, disagreement, and advocacy alone are not bullying. The privacy protections and reporting limits below also apply to safety reports.
This preview: your selected gift amount stays in temporary page memory and resets when you reload. It is not submitted to Spectrum. The page does not request payment details, identity documents, or an email address. External links open services with their own privacy practices.
Proposed safety reporting: reports may include contact details, relevant usernames or links, dates, descriptions, and supporting evidence. Only information needed to explain the concern should be provided. Authorized reviewers may use it to investigate harm, apply conduct standards, and support fair review. Confidentiality cannot be absolute where lawful disclosure is necessary.
Before these services launch, a final notice must identify providers, a verified privacy contact, retention periods, deletion and correction procedures, and applicable request or review rights. These reporting and request procedures are not active in this preview.
Giving supports Spectrum’s charitable mission. It does not purchase a product or service.
Donation choices are administered within Spectrum’s giving experience.
Giving, receipts & cancellation
No funds are collected in this preview, and selecting or reviewing an amount does not authorize a payment or recurring charge.
Contributions are not represented as tax-deductible. The main page’s nonprofit and IRS status notice remains applicable. Before live collection, payment methods, fees, refund procedures, receipts, and required fundraising disclosures must be finalized and published.
4. Residency & screening
Participation is limited to individual people currently residing in the 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., or Puerto Rico. Companies and institutions are not eligible under this access policy. Provide truthful identity and residency information; do not use another person’s identity or credentials.
Current independent residency verification, anti-money-laundering (AML) clearance, politically exposed person (PEP) review, and sanctions/terrorism-list screening are required by the proposed Spectrum policy. Political affiliation is not a criterion. PEP status alone is not disqualifying. A potential name match requires identity review and must not be represented as a confirmed match without verification.
Eligibility may also be affected by a documented public-conduct review under Section 5 when reliable public evidence is reasonably relevant to bullying or cyberbullying, targeted harassment, threats, intimidation, discriminatory abuse, safety, or program integrity. This is a conduct-based review, not an automated social-media score and not a test of political, religious, philosophical, or other lawful viewpoint.
The demo does not perform these checks. Live screening and a published correction/review contact must be established before launch. Screening does not guarantee safety or eliminate every risk.
5. Nondiscrimination, public conduct & lawful expression
WYATT Spectrum Initiative is committed to administering Spectrum’s giving experience, program verification and related charitable services without unlawful discrimination. We do not deny, restrict, burden, prioritize, or otherwise treat a person differently because of an actual or perceived protected characteristic, or because of association with a person who has or is perceived to have a protected characteristic.
Protected characteristics include, to the extent protected by applicable federal, state, territorial, or local law and relevant to the program: race (including traits historically associated with race, such as hair texture and protective hairstyles, where protected); color; ethnicity or ethnic-group identification; ancestry; national origin; citizenship; immigration status; primary language; religion, religious creed, belief, observance, dress, or grooming; sex; gender; sexual orientation; gender identity; gender expression; pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding or lactation, and related medical conditions; reproductive-health decision-making; age; physical or mental disability, including intellectual, developmental, neurological, cognitive, sensory, psychiatric, or neurodevelopmental disability, autism spectrum disorder, and neurodivergence to the extent it constitutes, is perceived as, or is recorded as a disability or other protected status under applicable law; medical condition; genetic information; marital status; familial or parental status; military or veteran status; lawful source of income where protected; political affiliation or activity where protected; protected victim or survivor status, including domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking where protected; and any other characteristic, status, association, or combination of characteristics protected by applicable law.
Autism, neurodivergence & disability. Spectrum will not treat an autism diagnosis, autistic identity, neurodevelopmental difference, cognitive or sensory difference, request for a reasonable accommodation, or association with a disabled person as evidence of reduced worth, trustworthiness, capacity, or eligibility. “Neurodivergence” is used here as a broad descriptive term and is not represented as an independent protected class in every jurisdiction. Legal protection depends on the applicable definition of disability or other protected status. Spectrum will request disability- or neurotype-related information only when reasonably necessary for an accommodation, accessibility need, or other lawful program purpose, and only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Sex, gender, gender identity & gender expression. These terms are included only to the extent they are protected or otherwise regulated by the law applicable to the particular program, person, location, or function. Spectrum does not require a participant to affirm, renounce, or adopt any political, religious, philosophical, or other viewpoint concerning sex or gender as a condition of eligibility. Good-faith discussion, disagreement, policy advocacy, religious expression, or terminology disputes concerning sex or gender are not, standing alone, harassment or a basis for ineligibility. This safeguard does not excuse targeted harassment, threats, discriminatory denial of service, or other conduct prohibited by applicable law. When a legally controlling federal, state, territorial, or local rule defines or regulates sex, gender identity, or gender expression for a particular function, Spectrum will apply that rule to that function.
Public conduct review. Reliable, lawfully obtained public statements or conduct may be reviewed when reasonably relevant to safety, bullying or cyberbullying, harassment, discrimination, or program integrity. Documented threats; severe or repeated targeted bullying, harassment, or intimidation; non-consensual disclosure of personal information used to target or endanger another person; advocacy or celebration of violence or discriminatory exclusion; or sustained hateful, derogatory, or dehumanizing attacks directed at a person or class because of protected status may weigh in an eligibility decision. For this policy, bullying or cyberbullying means severe or repeated targeted conduct that a reasonable person would understand as intended or likely to intimidate, humiliate, threaten, coerce, or materially interfere with another person’s participation or safety. Mere disagreement, criticism, satire, unpopular expression, isolated incivility, or good-faith discussion is not bullying by itself. Likewise, “hateful or derogatory” does not mean merely offensive, controversial, unpopular, political, religious, satirical, or critical speech. Review should consider source authenticity, context, target, severity, recency, repetition, and a reasonable connection to program participation. No protected characteristic or lawful viewpoint may be used as a proxy for ineligibility.
Lawful expression and free-speech safeguards. Nothing in this policy waives or restricts any constitutional, statutory, contractual, anti-retaliation, or other speech protection that applicable law affirmatively gives a participant against action by Spectrum. The First Amendment generally constrains governmental actors; whether additional speech protections apply to a private organization depends on the circumstances and applicable law. As an independent policy safeguard, lawful viewpoint, criticism of Spectrum, political or religious belief, satire, advocacy, or other lawful expression is not, standing alone, sufficient to deny eligibility. Public expression may be considered only when it supplies reliable evidence relevant to the conduct and safety standards described above. The current preview does not scrape social media, continuously monitor speech, or use automated “hate-speech” or viewpoint scoring.
This commitment also applies to discrimination based on the intersection of two or more protected characteristics. It does not prevent lawful, necessary, and consistently applied identity-verification, residency, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, fraud-prevention, safety, or security requirements. Those controls and any public-conduct review must be based on legitimate program or legal requirements and may not be used as a pretext, stereotype, or proxy for prohibited discrimination. Where an adverse eligibility decision materially relies on public expression, the basis should be documented and a correction or review channel should be available before live launch, subject to legitimate safety, privacy, and legal constraints. Reasonable accommodations and accessible alternatives will be provided where required by applicable law.
Spectrum website and giving terms
Giving supports Wyatt Spectrum Initiative’s charitable mission. A donation is not a commercial purchase and does not create an account, credit, reservation, product entitlement or service benefit with another provider.
This is a giving preview. The amount selector uses temporary page memory; no payment, registration or receipt is processed. Provider identity, donation conditions, privacy information and any applicable tax-status disclosure must be available before collection opens.
Spectrum’s website notices and conduct policies apply to its own activities. They do not create a commercial service contract with an external provider.
7. Acceptable use & brand notices
Do not impersonate others, submit false information, share or steal credentials, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, facilitate fraud or unlawful transfers, bully or cyberbully others, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or harass others, use personal information to target or endanger another person, direct discriminatory abuse at others because of protected status, coordinate others to engage in prohibited targeting, or use the service for unlawful activity. Public conduct outside the service may be considered only under the documented, conduct-based review standard in Section 5. No political-affiliation or viewpoint restriction is created by these terms.
Spectrum’s name and marks identify Wyatt Spectrum Initiative. Its conduct policies govern Spectrum activities. Use of this preview grants no ownership of those names, marks, or source materials. The interface does not warrant that every security claim, planned service, or integration has been independently certified.
8. Accessibility & contact
The interface provides text alongside color changes, keyboard-operable controls, and reduced-motion support. Opening legal information does not require completing a donation. Browser zoom and assistive technology may change the layout.
A verified legal name, mailing address, service contact, privacy contact, accessibility contact, and screening-review route must be published before live launch. They are not supplied in this preview. Final terms also need an age/guardian policy and review of applicable jurisdiction-specific requirements.
Separate commercial destination
The donation page may link to WyattMail, a separate WYATT-branded commercial product. That link does not make WyattMail a Spectrum program and does not combine a donation with a product purchase. A donation creates no product entitlement, discount, reservation, access priority or commercial account. Any future purchase is governed by the product provider’s own commercial terms and privacy notice, with a separate checkout, charge and receipt.
Spectrum independently administers its charitable operations and donation information. Browsing or donating here does not automatically disclose donor information to that commercial provider.
